The Memphis EZ-Access Flavorizer insert is a standard component of the Memphis Elite, Pro, Advantage

Plus and Built-In models. This special insert allows you to barbecue indirectly and also to quickly and easily

tes cooking time or which are so delicate that they would dry out or burn with the direct barbecueing me-

thod.

1 Using the Memphis EZ-Access Flavorizer insert

Removing the grates

The EZ-Access Flavorizer is located directly in the centre below the gra-

tes. First of all open the grill lid and remove the grates, with the aid of

the Genie Multi-Tool.

of the Genie Multi-Tool (or suitable barbecue tongs or spatula).

-NSD: never attempt to remove the insert without wearing barbecue

gloves when the grill is in use and hot.

As soon as you have removed the EZ-Access Flavorizer insert, you
